Internal Anti Ragging Committee
As ragging is a cognizable offence and is punishable under the AP Prohibition of Ragging
Act 26 of 1997 and the primary responsibility to curb this wretched and hostile menace rests with
the Institution itself, an “Internal Anti Ragging Committee” with the following staff members is
constituted.

Their primary duty is to create awareness amongst the students about the perils of ragging which affects their academic career.
Also, they are requested to suggest ways and means to deter the surge of the ugly menace of ragging so as to enable to tackle the problem offhandedly.
Copies of offences and corresponding attractive punishments are enclosed herewith for their reference and guidance and also to apprise the students about the grave consequences of indulging in ragging.
As ragging is an offence and is punishable under A.P.Prohibition of Ragging Act,1997 and the primary responsibility of curbing this wretched and unfriendly menace rests with the Institutions itself.
In this connection, so as to curtail this bloody infliction. In this connection, an “Institutional Anti-ragging Committee” with the following Senior students is constituted.

Their primary duty is to create awareness among the co-students about the evil effects and endangers which affect their academic career and to emphasize the fellow students the importance of developing the quality of affording easy familiarity and sociability.
Also, they are requested to suggest the means and measures to the undersigned to eradicate ragging and to maintain discipline on the campus and bring such incidents to the notice of the undersigned to tackle them off handedly.
